OUR SERVICES
We take care of the processes of Reception and Delivery of containers, storage, as well as loading and unloading. We are also responsible for the mooring and undocking of ships, consolidation and deconsolidation of rolling cargo, repair of refrigerated units, and the re-weighing, inspection, cleaning and fumigation of containers.
The services offered are aimed at a wide range of customers such as: shipping lines, importers and exporters, freight forwarders, shippers and other entities of port, carrier and internal economy logistics chain.
We combine the geographic distribution facilities of the national territory, by specializing processes in three types of transportation means: automotive, railways and maritime. The breadth of services allows us to meet the isolated needs of companies allowing as well, the integration of different structures, in order to ensure the proper management of processes, with high impact on customers.
Reception / Delivery
In this process, TC Mariel has an outdoor parking lot for light and heavy vehicles, designed for the inspection activity. The terminal is accessed through six doors for motor vehicles: access number 1 is designed for the entry and exit of oversized or project loads; while accesses 2 and 3 allow the entry and weighing of vehicles with full and empty containers, in addition to having weighing scales and ticket printers that reflect the order of operations to be performed inside the terminal and the location of containers for reception or delivery, scanning and / or weighing.
On the other hand, doors 4, 5 and 6 are dedicated to the exit of vehicles with containers and also have weighing scales. All doors have intelligent systems for data capture (OCR, CDI, Front E-Plate), as well as radiological controls; They are directly linked to the Terminal Operating System (TOS), so the activities carried out in them are registered in the system.
For the operations of reception and / or delivery by rail, the arrival planning of the formations must be carried out previously. The terminal has a two-way access door, also enabled with intelligent systems for data capture and radiological controls.
STORAGE
The TOS automatically sends the reception or delivery tasks to the corresponding yard stacking equipment, which are reflected in the terminals of the ECH and / or RTG yard equipment.
After completing the operations carried out in this area, the operators automatically validate the positions of each box to the system in real time to keep the inventory updated, also allowing customers to be fully informed at all times, about the status of their imports, exports or empty units. All cargoes stacked in blocks are permanently monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
LOADING / UNLOADING
All the loading and unloading processes of vessels, boats and naval devices are divided into four sub-processes:
- Planning prior to vessel arrival.
- Berthing, inspection and release of the vessel by border authorities.
- Unlashing, unloading, loading and lashing of containers.
- Documentary closing of the operations and vessel dispatch.
